Login is not working - Password is not working:
- Check that your CAPS-LOCK key is not on. The password is case-sensitive (PASSWORD is not the same as password).
- Check that you are using the correct password for the log in you are using.
- Mis-typed the password – Type the password correctly. If need to, try typing your password in something like Notepad (so you can see the characters of your password), then copy and paste it into the password field.

Login is not working - Forgot your password:
- You can write this password down and keep it handy. Because we do not collect a lot of personal data, you don’t store credit card or other account information at this site (log in is so we can keep track of how many listeners we have, not who we have), you can store this password in a public place.
- If you have truly forgot your password, you can have the site generate a new password (random letters and numbers), and the site will email it to you (at the email address on file for the username). Check your email for the reset password. Once you have the new password, log in to the site. You can either keep the password we sent you or change it to a new one. See Updating Your User Information.

Login is not working - Username is not working:
- Some of the same answers as Password is not working.
- Username has been deleted due to non-use. We purge our user database periodically. Any one that has not logged in for a while may have their user account deleted. We do this because our music licenses with ASCAP and BMI look at the number of users on our site, and charge us by the number of listeners. Therefore, we have to delete users that have not logged in for a while and your username is not working, recreate the username and password.

Updating Your User Information
- We know that things change in our lives. However, we ask for so little information you may not need this information we do not expect a whole lot of use for this.
- Once you are logged in, click on Edit Account (to the right of the player).
- This will open a page where you can change your password and/or change your email.
- We have added fields for first and last name. We ask that you please share this information. It will allow us to address you by your name rather than your username. If your first and last name appears, check it. If something is incorrect, please correct it.
- When you are complete, press the Edit Account button. This will enter data into our system.
- If you changed your password, please note it down somewhere you can find it next time.

Player is not loading:
- The web site is not compatible with your browser. Currently our site works best with Internet Explorer and Firefox. We have not tested the player in Opera or Google Chrome. Also at this time our player does not work in browsers operating on Apple based computers (iPhone, iPod, iTablet, etc.). We are working on mobile apps for other (Windows based) mobile devices. We hope to have these available real soon.
- This site uses a modified version of Adobe’s Flash Player. Flash media player is available, free of charge, from http://www.adobe.com. Download and install the latest version of the Flash Media Player. After the install is complete, refresh your browser window, and it should show up.
- If the player still does not show up, there may be an issue with your computer. You will need to have someone check into it.

Player loads but does not play:
- The music files have to download from our server to your computer in order to play. If something is blocking the download, this could be causing this issue. Things that could be blocking the download are firewalls, virus checkers, and ad blockers. The settings inside these programs may be detecting our music files as some type of mal-ware. You or someone you trust that has the knowledge to make changes to software.
- Something else that can cause the player to not play or stop playing is a slow internet connection. For the most part, a visitor will need to have a good quality high speed internet connection. Although it is possible to visit this site via a dial-up connection, depending on other factors, the player may not play a music file without interruption. Also, the player does work very well over Wi-Fi internet connections.
- Although this happens only on very rare occasion and we work very hard in order to not let this happen, there is a possibility there is an issue with our servers. Please understand, we work very hard and have back-ups for everything on our site, there is a possibility that an issue has occurred with our server or our connection to the internet. We will work to have the site up and available to you our visitors whenever you wish to listen.
